The Supreme Court just gutted one of the load bearing walls of the deep state, voting 6 to 3 to let Trump fire thousands of independent bureaucrats who effectively run the country with minimal oversight from the people voters actually elect to run the country.
Sorry, you're not living in reality. There's a lot I could pick out, but this sums it all up:
"And assuming the firing of Fed member Lisa Cook firing is refiled with the technicalities fixed, we could even see a Federal Reserve that actually answers to the people itβs abused for 113 years and counting."
Power does not answer to "the people" - in fact, "the people" don't have any power whatsoever. Power is always held by a tightly organised minority, an elite group, and what's actually going on is a war between vying elite factions: Trump and his Tech Bro chums on one side, and those with a more leftist bent (read: George Soros and co) on the other. Neither has the interests of ordinary folk either in mind or at heart; they are peddling their own agendas to suit their own needs, at the significant expense of the rest of mankind.
If, having witnessed all the deceptions by elected "populist" parties/candidates over the past decade or so, you don't acknowledge the above, then you're beyond salvation and ought not to be writing to opine on such issues.
Even better if none of them are replaced.

EXCELLENT ANALYSIS!!! πππ
Finally - a common sense new policy, embracing the simple idea that the head of an institution should be able to fire those working under him or her.
