Quite possible but the first step from birth is to stay away from the modern stone age medical mafia poisoning machine. Poisons and toxins will shorten life, not prolong it. That means ALL vaccines and drugs must be avoided.
Unless I'm missing something your math seems to be wrong:
In rich countries today 1% of people die per year, falling to 0.7% in poor countries since they’re young. So population growth would essentially double in rich countries — 0.9% to 1.9% — but only go up a third in poor countries, from 3.4% to 4.1%.
But beyond that we've been so economically screwed, over the past 100 years -- beginning with the establishment of the Federal Reserve (1913) -- that many run out of money by 85-90. Pensions - part of the 3 legged stool of retirement - are becoming as rare as the Dodo Bird. So who is going to pay for these elderly for their last hundred years. I'm certainly not for euthanasia programs -- like MAID in Canada -- but what cannot be sustained, will not be sustained. A true evaluation, of the effects of a longer lifespan, would be far more complex than what you have presented.

I highly recommend the teaching of the Golden Rule in all of our Public Schools. I think the impact would be both positive and transformative.
